On 13 October, the Paperjam gathered hundreds of financial professionals at Kinepolis Kirchberg for Paperjam 10×6 Finance Forward. Ten speakers had six minutes each to describe where finance is heading: Lize-Mari Barnes (Swiss Re International), Georges Bock (Moniflo by investre), Arnaud Clément (ABBL), Gilles Dusemon (Arendt & Medernach), Thomas Fehr (Julius Baer), Melanie Moos (Depowise Luxembourg), Aline Muller (LISER), Nicolas Otton (BGL BNP Paribas), Florian Pfleiderer (Clearstream Services) and Serge Weyland (ALFI). Jean-Pierre Faber of the CSSF moderated the evening.

The night's core question: trust
AI, tokenisation and the widening gap between Europe and the United States all came up, but one word kept returning: trust, in the law, in technology and in people. AI was described as Luxembourg's next turning point, raising new questions such as who authorised a payment an AI agent made. The closing message was a challenge to the room: keep changing instead of protecting yesterday's glory, and become more Luxembourg, not less.
Finologee on the future of finance
Finologee took part as a Key Partner. The future of finance has been our mission since the company began – and for our founders it started earlier still, with Mpulse and Digicash, two pivotal projects in bringing digital financial services to Luxembourg.
Whatever technology comes next, our role is to help it reach banks, funds and their clients with the controls they rely on, and with partners working together instead of alone.
